Justin Timberlake is facing legal action from an ex-employee who has filed a sexual discrimination lawsuit against two of the managers at his New York
restaurant.
In papers filed on Thursday at Manhattan Supreme Court, Alison McDaniel, a former manager at Southern Hospitality, accuses Timberlake's business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan of "vile and discriminatory conduct". The suit states, "One or more of Southern Hospitality's owners and/or executive managers bullied, degraded, harassed and ultimately discharged McDaniel... because of her gender. In at least one instance, defendants Sugarman and Kaplan viewed... pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel and made fun of her when she began crying." McDaniel claims she was fired from the eaterie after writing to bosses to complain of harassment. Update: Timberlake's rep sent out this statement, "While Justin and Trace Ayala continue their friendship with Eytan Sugarman who owns Southern Hospitality, they are not investors, owners, or partners, nor do they have any knowledge of or involvement in the operations of the restaurant." The lawsuit names Timberlake as an owner and defendant but does not state he was directly involved in any of the alleged incidents. A representative for the restaurant says, "We will vigorously defend any allegations of wrongdoing or improper behaviour." |

I saw some actual ARTICLES on twitter and thought the case itself still seemed a bit much, some of the claims, to me, seemed kinda hard to believe, Even the
sites that posted it said the same thing. Like, why throw his name out there if he supposedly doesnt own the place and had nothing to do with the incidents?
But thanks for making up stuff and calling people names for no reason. wow, you really are desperate for attention lol

Actually the whole incident seems a bit bizarre to me. I can't imagine Sugarman, as owner and manager, would lock someone in a room and force them to watch
porn. It dosen't seem plausible to me. Then she never reported it to the state and waited months to file a suit. I'm not believing it.

^AND she's an asipring actress. I wouldn't put it past her as a ploy for attention. If its true, hope the people involved get in trouble, but its
really got nothing to do with Justin.
