Cool I want to try the avocado bread! Is the egg whites just to make it more healthy, or does including the yolk actually change the recipe? (Sorry I don't
know very much about cooking

I believe the original recipe called for an egg, but I substituted the egg whites as I was out of eggs (it also made it marginally lower in calories) - so it
definitely should work the same with 1 egg instead of 2 egg whites. You could also use just whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour) instead of using part oat
flour, and could leave out the whey protein if you are using sugar instead of splenda.
You should give it a try - it was very different tasting. Plus, it looks really cool being green! |
