I use my first and middle name as my email address and screennames/usernames for most things.

I have to use it a lot because both my first and last name are common enough that I have to go by my full name at dr's offices & dentists and such.

I use it on official documents. My middle name is not complicated but considering the fact that people mispronounce my first name, which is an english name I
have a feeling they'd butcher my middle name, which is chinese.
