They do this a lot to ensure they get all of their apartments rented out. It's incentive for you to sign a lease sooner.

It's possible that the $900/month is a different unit that just went on the market, and the one that is going for $720/month has been available for longer.
Or maybe the $900/month one has more upgrades or something. Assuming they're different units of course.

My mom said it's a timing thing, just like was stated above. It makes sense.
My lease here isn't up until Aug. 1st and my other two roommates already have their plans set. I'm not staying in the city and my other option bailed on me yesterday (luckily it was sooner than later)... so I don't know what to do! |

they do that around here adn it is like oh busier times in the summer they increase the price and it drops again on off times...i dont get it either
