I'm not a pharmacist but I think it's the same. There was a story in adage a few years ago how they just market these drugs differently but they're
essentially the same thing with the same ingredients.

I think the Migraine one has some caffeine in it...at least that's what my Dr. said when I asked about OTC meds for mine.
