I figured one because I am planning on having a lot of other food...but my cousin had a dinner sent to her from a friend (her husband is in the hospital) and she said the friend sent her 10 kebobs. "2 for each person". It's for 8 adults and 4 kids. My kids aren't going to eat them. How many would you make? I guess I'll shoot for 20.
How many kebobs per person?

I'd do 30 just to be safe.

are the rest of the kids good eaters that they may even think about touching it? Or just pick off the parents?

I'd think 20 would be just fine if you're having lots of other food. I mean that's at least 2 per person and then a few leftover for anyone that
wants another or any kids that might want to try one.

More is better than less but I'd do 20.

I know they are better eaters then my kids...meaning they eat a wider variety of foods, but I don't know about this kind of thing.
I'm going to put out an appetizer plate of pita, hummus, tabouleh, and olives The kebobs are going to have yellow, red and orange pepper, onion, tomato, green zucchini, yellow squash and filet mignon. I'm also going to make up a few skewers of just shrimp. Then we are having a fingerling potatoes dish, sugar snap peas, a mushroom dish, cole slaw, tomatoes w/ mozzarella and basil, pickles and olives plate and pasta with garlic and olive oil. |

Maybe you could also do some hot dogs for the kids? That should assure you that they won't eat up all the adult kabobs!
