Hello! no...Im a firm believer in tipping and that if they ask for a tip..they get none. Thats is sooo crass and tacky!!!
People who dont tip piss me off to no end, but that is totally different from asking for a tip...if they asked Id probably give them a quarter. |

That happened to me once too. I was just looking through my pockets for change when the bartender informed me tips weren't included. If I had more guts I
would have just walked away.
