Comic Conan O'Brien steps into the shoes of predecessors Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Johnny Carson and, most recently, Jay Leno to take the reins at NBC's late-night institution. Guest interviews and comic sketches continue to be a staple as O'Brien puts his own stamp on the iconic franchise, with former late-night pal Andy Richter along for the ride.
