So around Tuesday I noticed a rash underneath my right breast. It is red, almost looks like a rug burn. It didn't hurt, or itch so I thought maybe my bra
just rubbed it wrong and it would go away. Well it is still there and now the skin on it has developed almost a scab like quality, but it is peeling in some
areas. The peeling skin is thick. And it hurts like a mother. Seriously I can't even move without it stinging. Do I get it checked out or just wait to see
if it goes away?

If it hasn't gone away yet, and is getting worse.. GO SEE A DOCTOR.

I didn't read your post but if you're wondering if you should go see your doctor, then most likely the answer is YES.

I've gotten those before, usually on my hands. I wash them a lot so being dirty has nothing to do with it. It sucks, but, at least for my infections, the
lotion my doctor prescribes clears it up quickly.

Could be yeast. My friend gets something like that from her bra and the sweatyness.

This reminds me of the time Laurie got a yeast infection under her boob.

I had one a few months ago. Thought it was cancer or something
My dr. was like its not cancer. It was an absest (sp.) and cleared up with some meds over...a few days. Keep it cleaned with salvon and use gauze and sticky tape to cover it. I have a very kind sister and bf HA they nursed me for like 2 weeks before I went to the dr. He was like you are doing the right thing for it. Good luck! |

well is your bra NOW irritating the rash and causing it to peel? anything with fresh peeled skin is going to sting. i vote go braless for a few days.
