Paris was all over Katherine during the ceremony and then when the entire family hugged up around the children after she spoke...so heartbreaking. But after
the memorial and seeing the casket it's finally starting to sink in.

The kid is tough. I don't think I could have done that. Props to her. I was bawling like a bitch.

Usher didn't say anything.
Brooke just recalled private moments between them...personal things about how much fun they had together. Her speech was very heartfelt. |

There are pictures of her with the children when they were younger.....the whole situation is very sad. It was unfair ***IF**** Michael did take them away from
her ...come on she had to know that a legal battle with his money she would lose regardless. But in the end they need a mother figure..I am sure KAtherine is
wonderful, however she is attached to that bastard Joe.

I feel like Debbie Rowe is going to become public enemy number one if she aggressively pursues custody of those children after seeing how they interacted with
the Jackson's.

You know sometimes it just doesn't seem possible he is gone, and I think his family feels that way too!
But when young children are involved its even sadder! Man, If I had seen it, I would have cried from the beginning to the end I just Know I would have
That picture in this thread is so heartbreaking

I just don't see how a custody fight is an ideal situation considering those kids are with the people MJ wanted them to be with -- their family. |

HLN is saying beautiful things. How Paris brought it home and how much it made people realize that he first and foremost was a father. And how we forget that
sometimes.

Sweetie1384 wrote:Brooke talked about the fact that people thought they were an odd couple, but to her they made perfect sense because they were both child stars that had to grow up so quickly, so when they were alone together all they did was be kids and make each other laugh. And it seemed like they had a competition to make the other laugh more. And she said he had the best and purest laugh (or something like that). Then she retold some specific stories I couldn't do justice to and read some excerpts from The Little Prince and talked about the song Smile being his favourite, which was a nice segway into Jermaine singing. And she just kept tearing up throughout the entire thing, which is what got me. As for Usher, it wasn't so much what he said (which was little) as the fact that he sang Michael's song 'Gone Too Soon' and started crying at the end. Very touching. |

Brooke got me and Jermaine got me. Paris... I'm tearing up again. My heart just breaks for those kids having to deal not only with their dad's death
but all this hoopla around it.
