I know friends of mine have tried to lose weight by eating salads and they just don't realize what they put in them is what makes them not the healthiest. I will agree though about the grilled chicken, light cheese and very little or fat free dressing. I eat grilled chicken salads often. I just know you have to be really careful with what goes on them. Pardon my 'incorrect information.'

Salads can have very little nutrtion
what the heck are u guys talking about? a bowl of vegetables, oilve oil and lemon juice has very nutritional value?
that is beyond wrong. but im not going to engage in a nutrition debate on jjb. but i just had to say something because that was just soo soo soooo wrong.
Well I agree with you, but I just wanted to include ways she can add more nutrition to her salads easily by adding a few pieces of chicken or other protein
Anyways..
Thank you all again for your kind comments!![]()
Oh yeah, I totally agree with you there. I know people who literally put lard on their salads and think it's healthy. Either way you are doing great
