Chicken tikka is chicken in like a tomato based sauce, but I like korma better -- it's curry powder and coconut milk. It's sweeter and yummier!
If you're going with somebody who's had Indian food before, be sure to try some of what they have so you can learn about the spices. Hint: don't get a vindaloo. |

I wish I could remember the name of the dish I had last time. It was so good, so spicy and just wonderful all around.

Dark, maybe? It had noodles and chicken, broccoli, cashews. It was awesomeness and most definitely HOT!

LOL dark is not a color! But I know what you're talking about and I can't think of the name either.

Saag paneer (creamed spinach with fried cheese) and aloo mutter paneer (potatoes and peas with fried cheese) are my favorites! Also try kheer (rice pudding)
for dessert!

Ooh and get samosas! They're little fried things with goodness inside.

Chicken tikka masala is WAYYY healthier than chicken korma if you're concerned about health! I think jalfrezi is healthiest but it's not my favorite,
it has more vegetables. Bhuna is really good. Vindaloo is the super spicy kind.
