tofu salad sandwich
7oz tofu 1t mustard (any kind you like, I like spicy) 1t mayo 1T of your favorite all purpose seasoning, I like Spike Mash/stir it all up. East with crackers or on a bagel. I like it on a toasted bagel w/salmon |
