lady call last week - she runs a whole shitload of amusement parks and has at least ten accounts - asking why she's being billed $20/mo since November. It
took her almost a damn year to call and ask why.
Hmm... let's see... we sent THREE letters regarding each account stating you weren't PCI compliant way back in September of 2008. All of them were mailed to the same billing/mailing address. But since you don't read your statements I'm guessing you didn't read those either. Let's see... sympathy... sympathy... nope! I have none.
