I'm not a big crier, but I cry every time I see the episode where she doesn't think she's pretty, especially at the end. I think Claire is such a good actress. She's great at showing emotions and crying. MSCL is better than most of the teen shows ever. I still mourn its demise.
Angela was a beautiful character to me. Many flaws, but still. And I think she was pretty. I can see why Jordan fell for her.
It was just an awesome show, and ABC sucks for canceling it. Although I heard it was Claire that didn't want to do another season? I don't know.
I heard that Claire was undecided as to whether she wanted to come back, and coupling that with the really shitty ratings and the rough material, I think she was exhausted. She was what, 14, then? I don't blame her. It was probably the heaviest material she had ever had to deal with, but damnit if I didn't want a final episode that would just sum things up. I want to know if Rayanne and Angela became friends again, or if she chose Brian (which in my head, she did).
