About $100. I got mine in less than a month. A few years ago they had a lot of problems and it took people months, but it shouldn't be a problem now.

We had to make an emergency appt in Chicago and waited 8 hours in that building with people already missing their vacations. |

I ordered my passport last October, which was considered off season, and I got it a week later. You can also go to your local Passport Agency and wait and wait
and wait to get it done if you're in a hurry.

You can request to fast track it for an additional cost.

I ordered mine in late February I think and got it in three weeks, but there was a mistake on it so it had to be sent back for corrections. That time I paid an
expedite fee, but I got it back in two weeks and they voided the check I wrote for expedited service. Which was weird to me!

well here (Europe) I got mine within a week. Same goes for my brother who needed a new one.. It's usually 1 week and costs from 50 euros-75 euros I think.
Depends..

I'm thinking about going to one of the Kings of Leon shows in Mexico in October and I believe my passport was issued in 2000.
I should probably double-check. |

kelli wk wrote:As long as you're not flying you only need a Passport Card. They should be about $65 plus the picture. A Passport Card is good for land or sea travel from the U.S. to Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean, and The Bahamas. You only need a passport if you are flying to those places or are doing any other international travel. |
