I love the book and the movie. I just wish the movie was longer; I didn't want it to end!

I just saw it last night too. I loved the movie, but the book will always be better in my mind. I wish it was longer and I wish there had been more scenes of
little Clare and older Henry... those were always my favorite parts of the book.

I thought that Rachael McAdams (or however you spell it) was just PERFECT in the role of Claire. And the Gomez guy was spot-on, too.

I loved Rachel as Clare too, she really was perfect. I also liked the doctor guy, he was just how I imagined him!

I hated it. I think it was one of the worst movies I've seen this year.

I just saw it too and absolutely loved it. I really want to get the book and read it -- Rachel and Eric were perfect, along with the guy who played Gomez. I
cried a lot during it, too.

I literally squeed in the scene where Clare finally meets Henry in the library
I cried at the end too.
Anyone who is thinking about reading the book, DO IT. It's 1000000x better. And if you're confused by the movie, you really just have to read the book. |

It didn't make sense the first time he traveled and he was watching his mom read to him and they couldn't see him. Then all the other times he traveled, everybody could see him. I also didn't understand how he traveled after he died . And I didn't understand the age
progression. Whenever he traveled somewhere, he returned the age he was in the period that he just returned from. Like at the wedding. So his age was always
off, it never matched up with the time period. It made no sense to me.

I hope the movie was better than the book. I absolutely HATED the book ending.. the kitchen BS in particular. It ruined the book for me.
