Nay. I've made the mistake twice. the first wasnt so bad because we agreed to being friends. so when I broke up with the second guy he decided to turn
everyone against me. and to make it worse I worked with him at our first job, then I got a new job and then got him one with me. but he left the second place
after we broke up because it was my domain and I wasn't leaving [and didnt have a problem with him staying - he had the problem].

I'm doing it now. He and I don't work in the same area though, so the only time we really see each other is during breaks and lunch. We're usually
too busy to get together any other time.
I can only see it being a problem if you work in close quarters |

Nay, people need time apart or things can get stale very quickly (even if you aren't directly working together), plus if it goes badly then things could
get very awkward and why make work life more stressful than it has to be?

I did and we're still strong a year and a half later. We rarely see each other for long at work. Its usually just to say hello. But yeah. I wouldn't
object it.

I've done it. It's awkward when you break up, but if you're both mature then you can get through it.

Plus, this isn't good advice, but it's REALLY unbelievably fun to keep it a secret and have rendezvous and such. I got such a kick out of having a
secret relationship-it felt so scandalous!

I met my boyfriend at work but its a part time once a week job for me and after 2 years he got a new better job. I miss seeing him at work. We had fun. Kept it
a secret from the boss for a year.

dating a co-worker seems like a bad plan.

I did and it was fine. We didn't actually have to interact with each other at work, but he was roommates with my boss so we kept it on the DL. However I
was just there for a summer internship, so there wasn't really any of the "what if we break up" type of worries. However I think that it would
have been ok because like I said, we didn't really interact that much at work.

NO! I live with some friends that I work with. It's way too much. Work life and personal life should be completely separate!

I had to turn my xbf into human resources after we broke up because he could not control his emotions.
Please listen to me... NAYNAYNAY. |
