I am trying to find a soy-free protein powder mix that doesn't taste like crap.

My fiance gets a strawberry flavored one he loves. He also recently bought a fruit punch flavor but after 3 tries HATES it lol.
I'll go upstairs to see the brand. Oh but I don't think its soy-free..... |

don't tell me that!
I have to give up my delicious protein drink, because the soy isolate is making my thyroid go all funky.

K so these are the 3 big tanks he's got upstairs
1 - EAS 100% Whey Protein in Strawberry flavor (which he uses most) 2 - Six Star Muscle Professional Strength Mass Gain in Chocolate 3 - HP Advance Growth Phosphagen Elite Creatine in Fruit Punch He also shreds flax seed and other oats into the shakes he makes. My husband is pretty skinny so he's been trying to gain weight to get muscle but the amount of calories he needs in order to do this is ridic and he's been getting sick from it lol. So he just works out and does he shakes. He'll eat whatever he wants (instead of dieting like he did before our wedding) cause he wants more muscle than being lean. I must say...with him eating right and doing P90X his body is BANGING...lol it was hot before but daaaaammn the abs and arm muscles he gained

hmm, thanks!! I tried a whey one (I'm vegan, but I tried it anyway), and it just turned into this disgusting goopy mess, because I'm using coconut milk
instead of soy now.
I am struggling to find ways to get protein now, since I'm cutting soy out. it was my main protein! |

Thanks! I'm surprised it's not higher carb, most of the rice ones seem to be. I tried a hemp protein a while ago, but it was foul tasting. I will look
into this one!

You're welcome. Metagenics is a really good brand, kind of pricey but really high quality grade of medical food. The chocolate flavored one is really good;
I've heard that their vanilla one tastes nutty.
