And do you really have to pay an extra $30/month for some data plan? I've been wanting one forever, but I might just get something

My bill has never been above $100. In all honesty, the service is going to be at least $45: unlimited texting (trust me, you'll need that) and the $30 data
plan.

Hmm that would be around $75, that's not bad, my friend told me she pays $150 a month and I was like
 that's waaay too much. I think I'll go to the phone store
and talk to them, I checked and it said I'm up for an upgrade and that the iphone would be discounted so that's a plus lol.

I believe I pay like, $75. On a family plan... we share 700 minutes, 1500 texts, and unlimited data.
And I text a shitload and never go near 1500

I pay $50 extra for having the iphone ($30 for the data plan and $20 for unlimited text) and then my regular plan with minutes (which is no longer available to
new costumers). So basically if you want to go with an iphone you just pick your monthly plan and then add the data plan on to that. You don't have to have
unlimited texting, but I certainly recommend it.

My mom got one so now we have a family plan thing and our monthly bill is $124 I think.
I have the lowest minutes possible (I believe 550), 1500 text messages, unlimited data/email. We obviously use email and text more than we ever use minutes.
