Is the dance class filling a PE requirement at least?
If you really have a sleeping disorder, you should talk to your doctor about whether Lunesta (or a different sleeping aid) would negatively interact with your BPAD meds. Ambien is scary stuff and you have more than enough problems already. |

Um, that's not what I meant. I'm saying that you should get the required courses toward your degree and save the stupid classes like dance for when you
just need credits

BiancaUL wrote:Yeah, the dance class is one I need for a health and wellness class. I didn't say HEY I WANNA TAKE A DANCE CLASS! See, I've talked to my doctor twice nice about my sleeping issues and the first time he gave me ambien. The second time he said to stick with it. I see him in a few days so I'll talk to him again. The ambien is also causing me some serious stomach upset right now, and it did last time as well. |

if you have sleep issues for your health and wellness class you should have taken a Yoga class. Thats what I took and it help me fall asleep a lot easier it
also helped me cope with all the stress in my life.

You should check it out and see. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! I am also ADD and did not have to take my medicine all semester and got an A in
my math class.

FunSized wrote:Yes. The first day was usually taking care of logistics, such as the syllabus and people waiting for add codes and things like that. First day was always short and we'd get out early. It might be different at schools with block classes. Most classes at my school were 50 mins each day. |
