I'm headed to North and South Carolina next week (only one day in N.C., four days in S.C.) and I want to know what kind of weather is going on there right
now when it comes to clothes (I've seen what weather.com has to say and we rarely agree...I'm always a lot hotter than they say it is). Should I pack
light sweaters for night time? Is it shorts weather during the day? I've never been there before.

where abouts in SC are you goin? It has been rainy here in Myrtle Beach and slightly chilly. I'd say pack some shorts b/c if it is sunny here then it gets
kinda warm. The nights are chilly. So i'd pack some light shirts and sweatshirts. Hope that helps at least a little.

We'll be about two hours away from Charleston, I think? Lexington?

yeah, that's a ways south of where I am, but so the weather might be a little warmer.

Yeah, it'll be warm (shorts/t-shirt) weather during the day and cooler (upper 60's probably) at night. Pretty warm!

I'm heading to Hilton Head the 13-19, will the weather be similar then? I just googled and Lexington is about 2 hours from HHI

The weather in Hilton Head will be nothing like the weather near Lexington/Columbia. You have ocean breezes and all of that ocean current stuff affecting the
weather...Columbia/Lexington...No.
