I think Taylor Swift is adorable, but girl cannot sing live. Terrible. Not sure how that warrants any wins, especially
entertainer of the year.

I saw her open for Brad Paisley. Girl couldn't carry a tune in a bucket and came off as this bizarre music bully. ("I dated a guy and he broke up with
me. And guys shouldn't be mean to me because I'll write songs about" *cue applause" was her intro before. every. song. UGH)
That said, I am beyond thrilled that Taylor is nominated and not Carrie, whose idea of blowing fans away at the ACMs was wearing a secret giant dress and oversinging yet another ballad. Whatever. At least Taylor tries. But I honestly feel this is Brad's or Keith's award to lose anyway. Or they can tie and make more jokes about how Guitar Hero never got a guy a date. That is totally a-OK with me. |

^I've seen enough live performances on tv to know her terrible live singing wasn't her having an off day. Most times I'm cringing.
Putting on a good live performance should be the base minimum for any entertainer. She's a singer-songwriter type, so it's not like she can rely on dancing like some other artists can. I like her albums, but lol if it's any award-winning shit. |

I used to think she wasn't an amazing live singer either based on performances from award shows, but I think she does better in low stress situations. Performing a small radio show, her own concert etc. She sounds just like her record in this z100 acoustic show, at least I think so |

Wait, was that youtube video supposed to show she has a good voice? She sounds horrible, lol. She just doesn't have a good voice. Even on her album, on
some of the songs I cringe because of her voice. Her songs are super catchy and cute though, so I still listen haha. Plus, she's really adorable and just
fun...so I'm not complaining, I'm just saying the girl really can't sing.
I love all the videos she makes, though. Of her out on tour and stuff. Very cute. |

I'm not a country music fan but I think she's great. She sang the National Anthem before one of the Phillies World Series games I went to last year and she was incredible. She sang it simply, beautifully and respectfully. It made me cry! |
