I was thinking of doing it on a parents rights to miscarriage remains prior to 20 weeks.

...this is an issue? I don't get it. What, if you miscarry before 20 weeks, they just take it and don't let you have any say? That sounds really wrong
to me. Like, not true.

By rights, what do you mean? To bury the baby? Or to see the baby? Not sure I'd want to see my miscarried baby at 20 weeks.

From what I have read some parents want to be able to bury the baby but the hospital disposes of the fetus with medical waste. Some states give you the option
when you go into the hospital to figure out what you want to do after you have a D&C but not all states.
