it's a condo. around 2,000sq. ft. granted, it was a foreclosure. from 175k down to 90k. and i had a damn good down payment and credit.

I think my parents both pay around $2700 a month. My mom has a 3 bedroom/3 story town home and my dad has a 4 bedroom house.

Well, we haven't purchased yet...but the house is $80,000 and the home improvement loan will be $100,000. Our monthly payment will be around $1,300.
