Quite rationalizing or justifying it by thinking you are doing it "safely"-there is no safe way to be a bulimic.

I don't think so...because the acid from your puke is still slowly wearing down your enamel. I believe enamel protective toothpaste protects against acidic
foods, etc but the acid from your stomach isn't even comparable.
And honestly hun, they're all right, it's a very slippery slope. Once you start, you don't know where you'll end up. You'll get sucked into routine and this terrible, terrible mindset. I can almost guarantee every "recovered" (I say this in quotes because can you ever really recover?) wishes they never started. The health risks is a long list |

It's not just your teeth you risk effing up. Not to mention the mental state you have to be in to think throwing up your food on a regular basis is a good
idea.

You offer a great perspective. I know how much you still struggle with bulimia and even though you're a very, smart and beautiful girl, bulimia has a strong hold over you, no matter how much you wish you could just stop |
