Plenty of parents put their kids in small heels like that....but they shouldn't. Its unnecessary and not good for their feet.
Most little girls love high heels and make-up. It doesn't mean you let them walk out of the house with that shit on. She's too little for that.EXACTLY. So what if a kid "Wants" to do something? That doesn't mean it's ok, and its the parents job to set boundaries.

I have to wonder if those who are so outraged actually have children? The fact of the matter is that any child psychologist would tell you that children need
that freedom to express themselves and wardrobe is one of the more common ways. She is just out with her mom for crying out loud playing dress up.

The little girl i babysit for who is 5 and still plays dress up has days where she'll want to wear her dress up heels and other accessories and refuses to
change before we leave to go somewhere. I've learned to pick my battles and if she wants to wear heels and lace gloves along with her easter bonnet i'm
going to let her. I don't see an issue with it and i'd rather deal with her dressed like that and happy vs her wearing sneakers and pitching a fit
because she doesn't want to wear them and would rather be in something else.

Poor child. Not about the shoes but it goes deeper then that, the girl has no friends apparently, we never see her play with any kids. This entire family lives
for photo ops.
