Britney Spears/Kevin Federline Custody Arrangement Extended Does Kevin (at this point) still have legal and physical custody? I remember thinking it would probably stay that way with special tour arrangements and then after the tour it would change where she would most likely just share 50/50 of legal and physical as well or am I totally off the mark? |

Unnamed sources told TMZ that the sealed order is very detailed, but that it reportedly provides Spears with a minimum of 50/50 custody, or more at times. In return, Federline gets $20,000 a month in child support, as well as $20,000-$25,000 additional a month when the boys travel outside of California. They both are just very clear at what the want. Britney wants her kids, Kevin wants money.

I think it's good that they have 50/50 what irks me a little is the money he gets when the kids go outside of California. Since K-fed will join CFC he will
earn his own money so i'm hoping that by the end of the year Britney doesn't have to pay him more then the 20 k's in child support.

Although the child support seems outrageous to us, the agreement is much less then it could be. Charlie Sheen pays dipshit over $50,000 a month in child
support. That's for two children also.
