Aww...what's going on that you're frustrated with?

Don't walk away if you really love it. I am in the process of buying one right now, maybe I can be of some help?

What's going on? The buying process can be so stressful and frustrating a lot of the time, but it's worth it if you really love it.

i would honestly say we went back and forth about 5x with the seller / lender etc.
ours ended up not appraising for what we were paying ... the seller had to drop his price by $6K. |

The listing said it came with a 2 car tandem garage. It doesn't.
The seller's agent finally confirmed it was a tandem uncovered spot but the condo plan (from 1985) says it's a single spot where the dumpsters currently are. We've figured where we expect it is now based on what's numbered and what the neighbors have told us but we've had no confirmation. My offer obviously included the garage so now I have to figure out what to offer. We're supposed to have a 10 day escrow with the contingencies removed in 7 so I'm getting heat to remove them by Monday but I don't even know where I'm parking my car, so no. I need to decide if I want it and how much I want to offer now with no garage. Unfortunately the whole thing is pissing me off and I'm so stubborn that I just want to be done with it. And to top it off I went from thinking my car was going to be repaired to now going back to thinking it's going to end up totaled so I need to find a new car, too. All I've been doing for the last five days is waiting and waiting for people to get back to me and they never do because they suck at life. |

You're so grown up now! Do you have pics of it? Are you going to be living alone?

Yes, alone. No pictures. It's off the market now so I can't steal the pictures they used but they weren't very good. I learned to stop depending on
the pictures posted because they're either too good to be true or don't show anything worthwhile.

Wait, what happened with your car?!
I'd walk away, honestly. |

Wait for a place with a garage! When you have a brand new shiny car you'll want a garage for it.

Yikes, don't buy a place that doesn't have a garage, let alone a place to park your car!

Garage was never on my list. It's not really something I can require in my price range. But I do at least need a parking spot.
Jenn, someone t-boned the passenger side of my car about two weeks ago. It's $10300 in damage and they're working up the extra "costs" to determine if it's totaled, but no one wants to answer what number they're using as the total value of the car. |
