Backstory: There's a guy at my job that I really like. We're in different departments, so I don't get to see him all that often. One day I saw him outside of work at a charity event we were both attending and he noticed that I was tired. Ever since then, he's always asked me if I was tired as kind of way to start a conversation with me. The last time he asked me if I was tired, my coworker overheard and she told him that he should never say that to a girl, because it's a polite way to say that the girl looks bad. He told her to stop digging him a hole with me and then he said, "Well maybe I think you're tired a lot because you have sleepy eyes..." Ever since then, I've been making fun of him (in a flirty way, I hope) because of the sleepy eyes comment and he's responded well.

Anyway, my brother got a chance to meet the guy when he came to visit me last month and my brother recently friended him on myspace and the guy has been writing him back and forth for a week. I wrote the guy last night to tell him thank you for being so nice to my little brother and I signed the note, "-MyName, but better known to you as the girl with sleepy eyes "

He wrote me back and said, "You didn't have to thank me for adding him! Lol You're gonna keep makin me feel bad for making that comment about your eyes!! What do I have to do to get you to forget about that comment?"

I'm not sure if he's interested in more than a friendship, so how do I respond in a flirty way that I can play off if he's not interested?
