I love the product, and I usually buy it at the mall so that I save on the shipping and all of that. About three months ago, I got an e-mail asking me to come
back to the online ordering for $19.95. Who would turn that down when I'm paying twice that in person? So I do it and then I call after receiving it and
tell them to stop automatic payment. But what happened 30 days later? I got charged again. Called again and demanded a stop payment. Last month, I got charged
again. Called and bitched to stop payment. Go to look at my account today and what do ya know? Charged again. MOTHER FUCKERSSSS. It completely screwed up my
account and I'm about to shoot someone in the fucking balls. How hard is it to stop charging me on a monthly basis, after being asked not once, not twice,
but THREE times to stop? I'm so annoyed right now.

Because today I needed $155 to buy something and that $20 charge brought my balance down to $137. I'm okay with having minimal balance in my account and I
don't get charged for it, so I was just gonna leave whatever was in there and make a cash deposit next week. If they hadn't screwed up, I would've
been ok to make my purchase. It being 4 on a Saturday, my bank isn't open to make an automatic deposit. It's not the end of the world, but it's
obnoxious. I went and made an ATM deposit anyway and hopefully come Monday I'm not completely screwed.
