1 bedroom Apt. $112.00 a month. It's based on my income. It's pretty nice. The cabinets are all new and redone, They just put in a brand new
refrigerator and stove when I moved in. I also have another room that I use as storage. I live in Southern Illinois.
Trash and water is included in the rent. |

$112.00 is pretty cheap for a one bedroom. I would say.

i cant contribute since i live outside the usa but some of those prices are insane (so high!) it makes me wonder how much money you actually have to make to be
able to afford some of those bedrooms.

£575 (about $917), good sized bedroom, ok size lounge, kitchen is just a cooking room (there no space for a table whatsoever) so we had to squeeze an eating
area in the (now) small lounge.
But the windows are double glazed and the kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and washing machine. we live 45min away from London.

Some of your rents make me damn jealous
I live right in downtown Toronto, and my rent is $1198.00 per month, including a locker, in a well maintained building for T.O.- not perfect, but it's very clean. Hydro is extra (about $60.00 every two months, but I'm frugal with electricity), cable is extra, water is included though and there is A/C. I have to use laundry facilities on the first floor (it sucks that it's another bill to pay, but it's a big, clean room and they just installed new front loaders and dryers). Oh, my unit is about 650 square feet |

my boyfriend pays about $1400, but that includes utilities and parking in Bethesda, MD (right outside Washington, DC). DC is crazy expensive.

I pay 895/month in Chicago. You could definitely get a place for less but I love my apartment and neighborhood so it's worth it to me.
