i can't remember but i definitely should have been wearing them everyday longer than i actually did. i regret not wearing them for the time needed because
my teeth shifted A LOT since i had my braces removed.

I never got a retainer because my orthodontist died and I took my braces off myself.

I think after like two weeks. And then after probably 6 months, I stopped wearing it completely. You're not supposed to do that though.

i never wore my retainer. i now have a small gap in between my front teeth. it's not noticable to anyone but me, but it stil bugs me

Nobody would take us (my brother and I) because we were so far into our treatment. I only had like 6 months left for the top braces but they were eventually
going to put on bottom braces. After awhile they were like falling off anyway. The metal brackets in the back were loose and I could slip them off my teeth,
and the wire just came right out. I took the brackets off with pliers. I was so sick of having braces and my parents couldn't find anyone to continue our
treatment. They scraped all the cement off my teeth at the dentist, and he said I did a pretty good job. I was like 12.

I don't even remember, but honestly WEAR your retainers.
My bottom teeth shifted soo much, I am contemplating getting braces again...even though my bottoms would have been fine without braces in the first place, but owell thats another story! |

i had to wear my retainer 24/7 after my braces came off for 1 year. after that, only at night. but i still wear my bottom retainer, because it's
permanently glued in.
