how long does it take for money being sent to you, to show up in your bank account?

First, you have a specifically transfer the funds from your PayPal account, to your bank account. Have you done that with PayPal yet? It's not automatic.
Also, you need to have your bank account attachedto your PayPal ccount in order to do so.

how would i transfer the funds to my bank account? lol
but yes, my bank account is attached because when i send money, i can login to my online banking and see the money has been taken out. This is the first time that someone has sent me money... |

there is a link that says Withdraw under all the tabs and under there is the option Transfer To Bank Account.....and it says how much you want to transfer and
type that in and click continue. When my brother sent me money it took my a couple days to go through. But it all just depends on your bank.

It takes 2-3 days in the US I think. 5-7 in Canada.
