I'm not really asking how long it takes to get over a breakup. I'm not all broken up or crying or anything. I want to know how long it takes before you
finally stop missing that person being in your life. I don't have anything to do with this person anymore. It's been a long time and I still miss him.

I have plenty of things going on. I don't miss him as a boyfriend. I miss his personality. I miss seeing him. Whenever things happen, good or bad, I still
sort of wish he was around to experience it with me.

at times i still "miss" all my old girlfriends. even the ones that were 15+ years ago...it's not like i'm sitting around worrying/crying
about it or anything but when a song comes on the radio, or a certain movie pops up on tbs or something i'll think about them, sometimes wonder what if,
remember the good times, things like that.
my last ex was almost 3 years ago and almost on a daily basis i'll think of her, or have a fond memory of what a good person she was and the good times we had. it's part of my history. i think it's perfectly normal to always have a small piece of them in your life/memory bank. it's good to have memories, good and bad. |

Um..still missing after 20 years. I know we weren't meant to be together, and we remained friends for 15 years afterwards. I haven't seen him in 5
years, but I still miss him being in my life. I can't bring myself to contact him anymore because I'm married now and it's not appropriate because
the only reason why I want to see him or talk to him, is because I miss him.
