Then he decides he needs to go to the hospital to get it put back into the socket. I would think an urgent care clinic could help but he wants to go to a hospital. One of our employees was getting ready to drive him to the hospital. Then he decided he wanted to CALL AN AMBULANCE. For a dislocated shoulder. He told us he doesn't have insurance. I'm thinking this guy is nuts to be doing this considering how much an ambulance costs.
We got a call about an hour ago from the insurance department at the hospital about worker's comp. We have to pay worker's comp on this, including the ambulance. No wonder it didn't bother him to call it. He didn't do any actual work beyond filling out the new hire paperwork.

I hope gets well soon and doesn't have to pay out of pocket.
