Nope I just google mapped and I was wrong about where Murray Hill is. If you go look at Google it's marked on the map.

Murray Hill is on the East side right below Grand Central (Midtown East) and above Grammercy. Essentially, the upper 20s and 30s of the East Side but super
east in the area is considered Kips Bay.
