I have a UTI, according to my doctor. |

However, I haven't had one single symptom. The doctor prescribed some Nitrofurantoin but I seriously think they got my pee sample mixed up with someone
elses. I'm like, hmmm...maybe I have a rare, silent, symptom-free strand of a UTI.
I think I'll call tomorrow and tell her I think she's wrong... |

I had a UTI that developed into a kidney infection...I went to the Dr. with back pain (from the kidney infection) and he said I most likely got it from a UTI,
which I had no symptoms of.

This has happened to me before. I went to the ER for something completely unrelated and they did a urine test and told me I had a uti and I had zero symptoms.
It can happen.

I sometimes get them symptom free too. I'd take the meds.

My mom had a UTI a while ago without feeling a thing. The dr gave her a test strip and it showed positive within seconds. So it's definitely possible.
