I want to know who is footing the bill for all the rescue effort? I mean is it fair that these goofs went and made something and didn't properly supervise
a child then made all these people search and follow in a helicopter?
The parents should have to foot the bill. I'm beginning to think that this is all a stunt to be on tv. This is what the 3rd "incident" these people have been on tv for. |

This may sound crazy, but I swear that this family was on Wife Swap or w/e the show is called that's on CMT that's like Wife Swap. CNN just played a
clip from the family doing their storm chases. I swear it's the same family.

If the parents were in on this they should be charged with something.

I'm glad the boy is fine and alive BUT I hate these people. What a waste of resources, efforts and everything. Why the fuck didn't the parents check
and search their house which includes the garage thoroughly first?? This is some BS.

Okay if that were my kid, I'd do the whole smiling and nodding and "grateful" act on TV. The minute the camera was off, I'd beat his ass!

Assuming this isn't some stunt by the parents to get on TV (again), I suggest:
1. Parenting 101 2. butt-whoopin's 3. More parenting classes |

What ticks me off is legit kids go missing and it takes hours to get a search effort going. This jerk goes in a balloon and they get counties and deputies and
the national guard looking for him.

If the parents knew and were "in" on this then they should have to pay the state back for the resources. But I know there are a lot of situations
where a child does hide and its not the parents fault that they were extremely worried over it if they were told by another child that the kid was in danger.
Either way it should be investigated.

Well, I am glad that this didn't have a tragic ending. The little boy is safe and alive.

They'll probably appear on the Today show and start writing a book.
