Alex went to the chief, having her back. The chief is totally spineless for even bringing Alex up in that discussion when the final say is his. He's a horrible boss. If he wants to play the bad guy role he needs to embrace it instead of pointing blame at the resident he's firing's husband. That's crap. I was enjoying the episode up until then. I love the new intern that tackled that guy - he's hot - what's that actor's name?
