I have Word 2007 and its been working fine. I save all my files as Word 2003 just in case I need to open them on another computer. When I open those Word 2003
files on my computer (with Word 2007), it brings up Word Viewer. What the hell. I need to edit and write this paper! Help!
 How do I get those 2003 files to work on a 2007?

Open them directly in the program instead of double-clicking them?

Maybe you can try right clicking on the document > Open with > Word 2007
You might have the 2003 files set up to automatically open with the viewer. |
