I get it all the time. Especially when I go out drinking and I get it when I'm hungry too. I have at least one bloating a day and my stomach sticks out
like I'm pregnant! Does anyone else get this and how do you deal with it?
Does anyone else have a problem with stomach bloating?

I think just about everyone has that problem. The best way to stop it is to eat mostly unprocessed, fresh foods, without sodium. Anything out of a can, box, or
at a restaurant is packed with sodium and will make you bloat. When I eat good, clean food my tummy looks its best.
Lots of potassium and water can help if you go overboard on sodium, but it's best just not to consume all that sodium to begin with. |

I try to eat very low sodium, drink lots of water, take probiotics, and eat fresher, less processed foods. I stay away from fast food and try to eat a lot of fresh, healthy salads. |

I found that peppermint tea was the best way to get rid of a bloat

I might try peppermint tea and probiotics. It doesn't seem like its a particular food that sets it off, it seems to strike whenever
