And yes, I have antivirus software. But antivirus software doesn't block everything. |

A Mac won't help(could even make it worse). Stay away from suspicious sites and/or think before you download something

Use a different browser, try a different anti-virus software. I would do those things first before shelling out a few grand for a computer.

A Mac won't help(could even make it worse). Say what? I've never gotten any virus or spyware since moving to Mac OS X. Actually a couple years ago someone offered to pay whoever created a virus
for Mac OS X big bucks. Mac OS X is very secure.

I agree with Samantha and xxGirl. Everything I have read (and I've done a lot of research) says that I most likely will not get viruses with a Mac.
It's not entirely impossible, but it's not likely.

I understand why you'd want a Mac, but I've had a PC since about 1994 and have never had a virus. So... maybe you might want to reevaluate what
you're doing.
