no, in the letter i received from my 'doctor' it says 'nothing to worry about' but asking for another test.... then i requested the results
because i want to keep them in my health book for personal reason, my doctor was on holidays (alright for some!) so i had another doctor on the phone and she
said my liver was abnormal. So much for 'nothing to worry about'! Putting on weight that much in such a short period of time (even though i worked in a
restaurant for a year and was on my feet running all day) IS worrying for me and means something is not working right.
The liver filters the fat and if it doesnt work properly it spreads in the body i think... thats how far i got in understanding what the liver actually does. So it makes sense that i put on weight so much, even though i dont eat fat for god's sake!!

^About 35 pounds.
They just said your liver is abnormal. It doesn't mean it's not looking good. You don't know how out of range your results are yet, or why. It could be any number of things. |

A year and a half and you gained 35 lbs? I mean I would be concerned if I gained like that much in 2-3 months but that's a pretty broad amount of time and
it's only like 2-3 lbs of weight gain a month. Regardless, hope things turn out for the best.

^If you are normal or thin you WOULD notice it but not if you have already excess weight. I am already overweight and tbh i dont look in the mirror (because i
hate my body and its disgusting to look at... sadly.) so its nothing i would notice in less than a year, but i raised the concern a few months ago to my doctor
and thats why im doing those tests now.... I hope there is something i can do to help my liver and then lose a bit weight automatically...

^i hope i can get some medicin to help my liver. i eat fresh vegetables nearly every day including salads, i dont eat fat, i dont eat fast-food i like to cook
myself and i have diet yogurts for my lunches as 'deserts' since i moved here, i dont drink much alcohol, i dont drink sugary drinks such as coke, but
more water, fruit juices or squash or milk. My gf is SKINNY, she is literally LESS than HALF me and she says we dont eat fatty at all. She doesnt know what i
do wrong...
