I finally pulled up Floor seats for the Taylor Swift concert. I went to the first leg, and didn't pull up any floor seats when I was at all of the presales
and the general sales. Did the same for the second leg, and I finally pulled it up. logged into my count. Clicked submit, and it tell me it can't process
my credit card. I click submit again, and it gives me an order number. I call them and they tell me that I didn't put in my credit card info, and that my
ticket is gone. It doesn't make sense to me. If there's an order number, it generally means you've got the item on hold for you or that you've
bought the item. Oh, and they told me to just keep searching again and that it will pull up the best seat. Lies.

I hate ticketmaster. They hold good seats until the day of the show, charge ridiculous convenience fees, and their customer service sucks.

Did you print out the page that said your order was confirmed, or with your order #? How can that not exist? Did you ask her if she had other floor seats
available, you would like to purchase them? Or was your credit card info on file? All of this is not your fault if so.

^^ Yeah, I kinda feel bad when TM gets blamed for that when it's the one thing that isn't really their fault lol.
There are holds for management, the artist's friends/fam etc. so they're released when they know they aren't needed for the VIP's anymore. I used to get screamed at when I worked at my box office's because ticketmaster told people how we're the ones that release them, so people were convinced we were holding the tickets for ourselves |

I didn't print out the page with my order number, but I do still have the tab up with it. The credit card is saved on my account. I just logged in and
picked which card I wanted to charge it to. Plus, iIf the ticket is already sold, I don't think there's anything they could do. And I don't know if
they could tell me if there are other floor seats available because it was the presale. But I guess I will call back and try. I'm just really sad because I
really wanted those seats, but there's no way I would pay $1000 for a ticket on ebay or stubhub.

It does suck. The fees are crazy now. I just bought a 25 dollar ticket and payed a total of 44 dollars for it. What the fuck? Not to mention that the tickets
prices regarding the Taylor Swift concert are crazy, at least at my venue. There were such a limited amt. of cheap tickets. I pulled up 84 dollar tickets and
one section over there were 44 dollar ones available.

If you go into your account does it show your previous orders with that order #? This is some messed up shit, because if you got an order # then that should be
that.
