No she was applying for a campus job! It wasn't a full body picture, like a head shot(I think) or whatever. But I was thinking WTF? in my head
I mean, but really...who does that? I almost think it's unprofessional. Almost. I mean, I get someone would prob wanna have the person hiring remember them but duuuude. |

You'd be surprised how many people apply to jobs with head shots, especially dumb ass girls right out of college applying for entry level positions. We
throw them right in the trash.

That is really strange...no one includes a head shot unless it's specifically asked for, and only public positions or theatre people really have to think
about that anyway. Or at least, I don't think anyone should include a headshot unless for those reasons...

It's actually pretty common in other countries, I think. I've seen a bunch of resumes with like passport size picture. |
