worse thing her kid sees is a naked man making coffee then she should count herself lucky. Coffee making peens will not scar the kid for life.

To be honest though, and not saying he was trying to be seen on purpose, but if it's that early in the morning, it is still dark out so if your lights are
on it's very easy to see into your house. Frankly it would creep me out to be walking around naked in my house with the lights on, the curtains open, and
it's dark outside!

She reminds me of the woman who sued FOX and married with children because she was letting her small child watch that show and it happened to the episode where
peg goes to the lingerie store to buy her favorite bra. It's like, WTF let your child watch the show? That is what the rating system is for. In this case,
WTF go walking in someones yard at 5:30 in the morning. Especially up north where it was probably cold as fuck and the child probably didn't even want to
be out there.

the wanna be lawyer in me looked up the indecent exposure law in virginia:
18.2-387. Indecent exposure. Every person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where others are present, or procures another to so expose himself, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present. (Code 1950, 18.1-236; 1960, c. 233; 1975, cc. 14, 15; 1994, c. 398.) seems they'll have a hard time proving in court that 1. he intentionally exposed himself (he was in his own house) 2. is his kitchen considered a public place? 3. most of us would not expect others to be present on our front lawn @ 5:30 a.m. i can maybe agree if the lady was walking past on the sidewalk or driving by on the street and saw him, but the second she stepped on his property all that goes out the window in my book. |

lol to be honest i am naked every evening watching tv because i came out the bath and hate to get dressed straight away. In fact i dont get dressed at all
since i go to bed a couple hours later naked and get up naked as well and run around the house naked! i rarely close my curtains at the window in the lounge
(facing the garden, and behind that : bushes then a busy road) lol If someone is bothered because i am naked in my own house : dont watch. As simple as that.
And if there is a problem, my neighbour from upstairs is a policewoman haha!
