I always notice ticks on my dog as soon as he gets one, so I just grab it with my fingers and drop it in the toilet then *flush* They're only hard to
remove once they've been on there for a little while.
Has anyone had a vet remove a tick?

Just had an idea- can you go to a pet superstore like Petsmart or something and buy the tool if they have it but try to bring your cat and see if there is a
groomer there or someone who will do it.

I want to try to do it myself but I can't even see the head. My cat is way too squirmy I can't get a good look. I'm just afraid of making things
worse. I guess I'm going to give it a shot.
