Every day? I don't think there are many things that I consume every single day other than water, fruit, almond milk and veggies of some variety. I like to
change up my daily meals.

the pre-mixed kind that companies like Lipton sell, add HFCS to the green tea, so if you buy it pre-bottled it will likely have calories. Probably just so they
can market a diet version

XxBlondeshavemorefunxX wrote:You can buy it at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. It's basically pressed raw almond "milk" (the liquid expressed from raw almonds is white and very much resembles dairy milk in consistency) that is then pasteurized like regular milk. The brand I usually buy is Blue Diamond is unsweetened vanilla. I love it. It's much better for you than soy milk, which I only buy when it's on super duper sale. |

Yea I drink almond milk every day and then lately I've started buying Hemp milk too. The Hemp milk has more calories and fat but it has more calcium, more
iron, way less sodium, more protein, plus it has vitamins B12, vitamin E, Folic Acid, and zinc. Sometimes I mix the two together.
