A little!
But I've also been on medications where a side effect is weight gain, so it's not a drastic amount. My insomnia has improved as well as my overall energy. |

Whoo! I'm back to weening myself off of it too. I went a span of almost a year without having a pop and then I fell off the wagon.

Aw! I went cold turkey without any real withdrawal issues, mainly because of the other medication I was taking I think
I've contemplated having some a
few times, but I make myself Crystal Light iced tea with lemon instead. Good luck!

I stopped once for 6 months and the first time I had a Coke after that I spent the whole next day in serious pain. So don't start back it will hurt!

I was afraid of that! Coke always gave me problems, which is one reason I drank Pepsi. I do remember how I felt physically while drinking soda constantly and do not want to go back to that, let alone make it worse. |

I need to stop drinking it again. I do well for awhile, but then when my boyfriend is around I manage to start drinking it again. But yay for you!

I don't know the state of your skin, but has it improved? Have you noticed a difference in you complexion i.e. less acne?

Yeah I gave up soft drinks several years ago. Now I drink green tea or Sobe Lifewater (with Pure Via)... Little to no calories & delicious

I went a year w/o drinking it once. Now I only drink it no more than once a week. I refuse to buy it for the house. Only have it when I go out. That helps.

Congrats!
I used to drink 2 or 3 a day. I slowly made the switch from regular to diet for awhile, but I finally was able to give up soda around 7 months ago and I don't even miss it. It was so hard, but worth it. |
